Validation scenarios
Reference demonstrator scenarios used to test governance validation, evidence capture, and boundary enforcement.
Scenario A — AI-enabled infrastructure change
- Context: change request reviewed by AI advisory components
- Governance question: can advisory inputs be recorded without granting enactment authority?
- Validation artifacts: on-chain decision trace, ontology-bound roles, manifest
- Validation success criteria: decision record is reproducible from the manifest under stated boundaries.
Reference demonstrator scenario (not an operational instance).
Scenario B — Cybersecurity incident coordination
- Context: incident response requires auditable approvals across roles
- Governance question: can responsibility boundaries be enforced and verified post-hoc?
- Validation artifacts: approval trail, role boundaries, verification checklist
- Validation success criteria: approvals are traceable and boundary checks remain reproducible.
Reference demonstrator scenario (not an operational instance).
Scenario C — Multi-stakeholder policy change
- Context: shared infrastructure governance requires transparent policy changes
- Governance question: can decisions remain verifiable without on-chain enactment in the governance layer?
- Validation artifacts: governance record, ontology constraints, validation scope
- Validation success criteria: governance record remains verifiable with enactment explicitly out of scope.
Reference demonstrator scenario (not an operational instance).
