Research milestones

Milestones are defined by validation readiness and evidence artifacts, not by feature promises.

Milestone 1 — Validation (current)

• Focus: demonstrator instance on DevNet with explicit boundaries
• Artifacts: verification UI, manifest, ontology snapshot
• Milestone complete when: evidence is reproducible and verification steps are consistent

Milestone 2 — Review

• Focus: cross-environment consistency and auditability
• Artifacts: TestNet demonstrator instance, ontology diffs, audit-ready checklist
• Milestone complete when: independent review can reproduce evidence without manual guidance

Milestone 3 — Production readiness (research scope)

• Focus: governance readiness criteria (documentation, validation, auditability) and authority hardening
• Artifacts: published security process and upgrade authority model
• Milestone complete when: boundaries between advisory and enactment layers are formally enforced
